Our products are produced and prepared for dispatch in Pakistan. Orders are shipped internationally from our production and fulfillment location.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times can vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, and the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been dispatched.

Is shipping free?

We currently offer free worldwide shipping where stated at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are outside the control of KINKISPEK X.

Any applicable customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Are my payment details secure?

Where are payments processed?

Our payment processing arrangements and our production/shipping location are separate parts of our business. Products are prepared and dispatched from Pakistan, while payment processing may be handled through our designated payment arrangements.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the issue and advise you on the next steps according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

What if I choose the wrong size?

Contact us before returning the product. Size exchanges may be available depending on the product, condition, and stock availability.

What if there is a problem after the order has been shipped?

Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, the transportation and customs process is outside our direct control. However, we will always do our best to support you and provide the relevant tracking information.

What happens if someone uses KINKISPEK X products or branding inappropriately?

KINKISPEK X does not support or permit the use of our products, images, logos, or branding in illegal, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to request removal of content that violates our brand standards or applicable laws and, where appropriate, to restrict or terminate a customer’s relationship with KINKISPEK X.
